We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, role (coach or client), LinkedIn profile, CV links, and any other information submitted through our forms. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, send transactional emails (application confirmations, booking notifications, account updates), respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing of Information
We share your information with: (a) coaches or clients as required to facilitate bookings; (b) service providers such as Supabase (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting); (c) legal authorities where required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@connect.vyonic.me. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights

The Platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

Connect by Vyonic operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the UAE, UK, and USA. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
