These terms govern your access to and use of Connect by Vyonic. By creating an account, booking a session, joining a squad, or applying as a coach, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Connect by Vyonic is a marketplace that helps people find verified human coaches, join squads, and manage their coaching journey. Sessions are delivered by independent coaches — Connect by Vyonic is not the provider of the coaching itself.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to book independently; minors participate under a parent or guardian.
3. Bookings, payments, and cancellations
Prices are shown in AED unless otherwise stated. Squad prices split the coach's session fee across participating members. Cancellation and refund windows are shown at booking time and may differ per coach.
4. Coach conduct
Coaches on Connect by Vyonic must maintain valid credentials, respect client safety, and follow our community standards. We may suspend or remove any coach who breaches these standards.
5. Impact contribution
A portion of every booking funds youth coaching and community programmes. Amounts are logged transparently in the impact ledger visible from your dashboard.
6. Prohibited use
No harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent verification. Off-platform payments to avoid fees are not permitted.

Coaching is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme. Connect by Vyonic makes no guarantees of specific results.
