1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Connect by Vyonic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including clients, coaches, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Connect by Vyonic is a global coaching marketplace that connects clients with certified coaches across fitness, nutrition, wellness, and performance disciplines. The Platform facilitates discovery, communication, and session bookings between coaches and clients.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Connect by Vyonic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Coach Verification
Coaches on Connect by Vyonic are manually reviewed before being approved. Connect by Vyonic verifies certifications and qualifications to the best of its ability, but does not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported credentials. Clients are encouraged to review coach profiles carefully.
5. Payments & Fees
Connect by Vyonic charges a platform fee on each session booked. Exact fee structures are disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Connect by Vyonic is not responsible for disputes arising between coaches and clients regarding service quality.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by coach. Clients are responsible for reviewing a coach's cancellation policy before booking. Connect by Vyonic may intervene in disputes at its discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, harass or abuse other users, misrepresent credentials or identity, or attempt to circumvent platform fees by arranging off-platform payments with coaches discovered through Connect by Vyonic.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code on the Platform is owned by Connect by Vyonic or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Connect by Vyonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.
